The charm of the south. The longing for sun, sand and sea. What would a vacation in Italy be without without the daily cup of espresso with frothed up milk: cappuccino – for many a life style. With our cappuccino aroma you will experience a piece of ‘la dolce vita’ on a daily basis. Refine your desserts, curds, cookies, chocolate fillings but also liqueurs with its distinctive southern taste.
The ancestor of the “cappuccino“ is an Austrian coffee speciality called ‘der Kapuziner’ (named after the cowl of Order of Friars Minor Capuchin). It consisted of mocha, fluid cream und sometimes even cocoa powder. When Austrian soldiers were stationed in Italy, they produced a similar product which had similar taste and looks. The cappuccino (ital. cappuccio, hood in association to the cowl) receive European wide recognition in the following centuries.

To refine your baking creations, to season your sauces or just to give your drink flavor - myAROMA can be used in many ways. How to properly apply flavors:
Mix all liquid components of your dough. For example fluid butter, water or eggs.
Add the aroma to the fluid component. By doing so you save yourself a lot of stirring afterwards. The aroma adds the special note to your creations and elevates it to the next level.
Add all other ingredients and finish your dough. Small hint: if you make sponges or other absorbent doughs, you can afterward soak the baked dough with aromatized water or aromatized coffee. You don't need as much aroma here since it won't be heated.
You could also aromatize the topping of your creation with the same or different aroma. The same applies here that you should add the aroma to the fluid component.

In the finished creation, flavor carriers play an important role. Examples for flavor carriers: fat, sugar or other sweeteners. You can also use the sweetness of apples, honey, birch sugar, dates,... Whether calorie-free, light or calorie bomb: It's your decision! You can also use the myAROMA Aroma Boost. The Aroma Boost works like a flavor carrier but it has no calories.
