Rübli Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting

REcipe

For 12 Cupcakes
Preparation time: ca. 20 Minutes

 

ingredients dough

200 g flour

3 eggs

250 g grated carrots

100 g chopped walnuts

80 g brown sugar

1,5 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

100 g butter


ingredients Frosting


300 g cream cheese

100 g powdered sugar

1 parcel whipped cream

10 drops myAROMA No 75 vanilla



Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together well. Divide the mixture into 12 wells in a muffin tin and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 320 °F for approx. 20-25 minutes. After baking, remove the muffins from the pan and let cool.

For the frosting, the cream cheese is mixed with powdered sugar, whipped cream and myAROMA vanilla. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe onto the cupcakes with a star tip. Now you can decorate the cupcakes.

 

PS: myAROMA cinnamon can also be used instead of cinnamon powder.

For example, myAROMA almonds can be used instead of walnut kernels for nut intolerance.
