Incredients

50 g rolled oats

100 ml almond mild

4 drops of myAROMA vanilla

8 dates

2 EL peanut butter

5 drops of myAROMA caramel

water

20 g sugarfree chocolate

1 EL peanuts (roasted, salted)

 

Preparation

For the overnight oats you only need oatmeal and milk of your choice.
To make the oats creamier, grind them beforehand. Put the oats in a small bowl and pour in the milk mixture. Pimp the milk with myAROMA vanilla beforehand.
 
For the date caramel, puree dates (pitted) with peanut butter and myAROMA caramel to a creamy mass. If the mixture is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water. Mix until the mass is nice and fine. Spread the date caramel over the oatmeal.
Sprinkle the prepared overnight oats with peanuts and melt the sugar-free chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Then spread them over the peanuts. Place overnight oats in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon as a snack.
